User Agreement
Important: Pnl Scope is a trading journal and analytics service. It is not a broker, prop firm, investment adviser, financial adviser, or trading signal service. Nothing in Pnl Scope is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
1. Agreement and Eligibility
By creating or using a Pnl Scope account, you agree to this User Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
2. What Pnl Scope Provides
Pnl Scope provides tools for organizing trading activity, journaling trades, reviewing performance, separating trading accounts, viewing analytics, and, where available, importing account and trade information from supported third-party services.
3. No Brokerage or Investment Advice
Pnl Scope does not execute trades for you unless a future feature is expressly identified and separately authorized, does not hold customer funds or securities, and does not recommend whether you should buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Analytics, statistics, charts, scores, summaries, and other information are provided for informational and journaling purposes only.
4. Trading Risk
Trading futures, securities, options, digital assets, and other financial products involves substantial risk and can result in significant or total loss. Prop-firm evaluations and funded-account programs also carry their own rules, fees, restrictions, and risks. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for understanding the rules of any broker, prop firm, exchange, or platform you use. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Third-Party Accounts and Connections
Pnl Scope may connect with brokers, prop firms, data providers, and trading platforms operated by third parties. Those services are independent of Pnl Scope and are governed by their own agreements and privacy practices. Availability, accuracy, authentication, account access, and data delivery may change or be interrupted by those third parties.
When you choose to connect a supported account, you authorize Pnl Scope and its integration providers to access, retrieve, process, and store the account and trading data reasonably necessary to provide the features you request. Pnl Scope will not ask you to disclose a brokerage password directly when a supported secure third-party authorization flow is provided.
6. Data Accuracy and Verification
Imported trades, balances, P&L, timestamps, fees, account status, and analytics may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, or incorrect because of third-party data, connectivity, mapping, or software issues. Pnl Scope should not be treated as the official record of your brokerage or prop-firm account. You are responsible for verifying important information against the applicable broker, prop firm, or platform.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pnl Scope credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify Pnl Scope promptly if you believe your account or a connected integration has been accessed without authorization.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Pnl Scope to violate law, gain unauthorized access to another person's account, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or abuse the service, circumvent plan limits, misrepresent ownership of trading data, or use Pnl Scope to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.
9. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are subject to the prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and other conditions presented at checkout and in the Terms of Service. Third-party providers may charge separate fees that are not included in a Pnl Scope subscription.
10. Intellectual Property
Pnl Scope, including its software, design, branding, original content, and related intellectual property, is owned by Pnl Scope or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the trading notes and other content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Pnl Scope to host, process, display, and provide the service to you.
11. Availability and Changes
Pnl Scope may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or supported providers. We may update this agreement when the service, law, or business practices change. When appropriate, users may be required to affirmatively accept a new version before continuing to use affected features.
12. Suspension and Termination
Pnl Scope may suspend or terminate access for material violations of this agreement, unlawful activity, security threats, abuse, nonpayment of paid services, or when reasonably necessary to protect Pnl Scope, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable subscription and data-retention terms.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pnl Scope is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pnl Scope does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, profitability, trading outcomes, prop-firm qualification, payouts, or continued compatibility with any third-party service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pnl Scope and its owners, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, failed evaluations, denied prop-firm payouts, third-party outages, inaccurate third-party data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any limitations in the Terms of Service also apply.
15. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Relationship to Other Terms
This User Agreement supplements the Terms of Service. If a provision conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless the applicable document expressly states otherwise.
