1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Pnl Scope, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Pnl Scope account. By creating an account or using Pnl Scope, you represent that you are 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account. You may not use Pnl Scope in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

3. What Pnl Scope provides

Pnl Scope provides tools for recording, importing, organizing, reviewing, and analyzing trading activity. Features may include manual journaling, broker connections, account tracking, calendars, analytics, exports, and other tools introduced over time.

4. Not a broker or investment adviser

Pnl Scope does not hold customer funds or securities, execute trades as a broker, guarantee investment outcomes, or provide individualized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Information and analytics are provided for informational and journaling purposes. You remain responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

5. Brokerage connections and third parties

Brokerage connectivity may be provided through third-party services such as SnapTrade. Your use of a brokerage, market-data provider, payment processor, or other third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. Availability, data fields, freshness, and supported functionality can vary by brokerage or provider.

Our current SnapTrade-powered connection is designed for read-only data access.

6. Data accuracy and timing

Brokerage, market, trade, balance, P&L, analytics, and other data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable, or incorrect because of third-party systems, connectivity, normalization, user input, or software errors. Connected-broker trades may take time to appear after execution or position closure. Verify important information against official brokerage records.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some Pnl Scope features require a paid subscription. Current pricing, included features, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through available billing-management tools. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

8. Free, beta, and coming-soon features

We may offer free tiers, beta functionality, trials, developer previews, or features labeled "Coming Soon." These features may change, be limited, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. A feature description does not guarantee a particular future launch date.

9. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to compromise Pnl Scope, access another user's data, abuse integrations or rate limits, introduce malicious code, use the service for unlawful activity, or interfere with the service or its providers.

10. Your content

You retain ownership of journal notes and other content you submit. You grant Pnl Scope a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

11. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, plan limits, or portions of Pnl Scope. We may perform maintenance or restrict access to protect users, providers, or the service.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pnl Scope is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free data, profitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pnl Scope and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by reliance on analytics or third-party brokerage data. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

You may stop using Pnl Scope at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material abuse of the service.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Pnl Scope changes. The current version will be posted here with an updated date.
