Broker connection help
For a broken or expired brokerage connection, first use the Reconnect option inside Pnl Scope. Disconnecting a brokerage stops future syncing from that connection; journal records already stored in Pnl Scope may remain until you delete them or request deletion.

When contacting us, describe the issue and the approximate date/time it occurred. Do not include sensitive brokerage credentials.
